Matrix Patrimoniu is an IT solution, unique on the Romanian market, which ensures a correct and operative record of the owned real estate patrimony, especially for public institutions.
Having a user-oriented interface, the product allows the registration of all the information that defines a property: geographical data, legal data, technical data.
It is also possible to register various images related to the registered building: plans, photos, sketches, etc.
The program also allows the inclusion, for each building, of information regarding its value, revalued value, depreciation and interventions on it.
To ensure a unitary definition of the technical data of the building, Matrix Patrimoniu includes a database with technical characteristics for many types of buildings, the database usually used in real estate technical expertise.
To use this product, the minimum requirements for your computer system are:
- hard disk: minimum 100 MB free
- memory (RAM): minimum 256 MB
- processor: minimum 500 MHz
- optical drive: CD-ROM
- operating system: Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, Windows 7 on 32 bits
- Additional programs: Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft SQL Server or MSDE
All additional programs are distributed free of charge by Matrix Rom together with the Matrix Patrimoniu installation kit.
This software has a limited support period of 6 months.
