The first chapter of the work is dedicated to the general notions of vibration theory, an important element in the understanding of vibrational phenomena. Chapters two and three present the equipment and installations used in studying the vibrations of machine tools and their components. The last chapters deal with the test conditions and how to interpret the vibration test results of machine tools and their components.
