The present work is a synthesis of theoretical and experimental research on the characteristics of the grinds and fractions sorted in the sieving compartments, but also on the sieving sorting machines in the milling units and the drive systems of them.
The main objective consisted in the study of the sorting process by sieving the grindings in the milling units and establishing the main correlations between the process parameters of the flat sieves and their constructive and functional parameters, as well as highlighting the influence of the main factors on the screening process.
