Numerical analysis. Course notes

This paper addresses the classic topics of numerical methods that must be part of the knowledge of any specialist who uses mathematical models. The paper follows the courses and seminars taught by authors to students in the field of Mathematics in the second year, Bachelor, at the West University of Timisoara. Each chapter addresses a branch of numerical analysis and presents relevant theoretical aspects, didactic examples, computational applications and a set of proposed exercises. The applications were made using Maple 2020.
